Lady Gaga, Elton John & More Fire Signs – SheKnows

Happy Aries season, my fellow fire signs. Aries are known for being bold leaders, ambitious and unafraid of any challenges. They’re known for living life to the fullest, having the tiniest bit of a temper, and charging ahead with optimism above all else. If you have an Aries in your life, it’s probably the person who kicks your ass a little more than you’d like — but who also inspires you to do better every day. So, what fiery Aries celebs do we have out there (and do they fit the profile)? Let’s take a look.

Famous Aries celebrities include Lady Gaga, Elton John, Emma Watson, and more — and as far as we can tell, these stars have no problem with living up to their dominant star signs. Gaga constantly pushes boundaries and rebels against conformity with her music and fashion choices. John broke endless boundaries for the LGBT community, rising into superstardom at a time when widespread discrimination and homophobia was still rampant. And Watson, not content with a successful acting career, threw herself into activism and gave speeches on women’s’ rights at the UN.

These stars are fearless, and we’d expect nothing less from our Aries celebs. Aries season is a time to tap into your power and go after your goals like there’s nothing in your way — and if you need some inspiration to get started, here are all the Aries A-listers we look up to.

Piers Morgan blasts celebrities for ‘exploiting’ coronavirus crisis

Piers Morgan has slammed a host of celebrities for their reactions to the coronavirus crisis.

The Good Morning Britain host has been a vocal critic of the government’s response to the pandemic over the past few weeks, and has now turned his attentions to stars including Sam Smith, Taylor Swift, Idris Elba and Kim Kardashian.

In a column for the Daily Mail today, the presenter takes aim at his specially drawn up list of people in the public eye, in criticism of their “attention-seeking bulls***”.

He said the crisis “brings out the best and worst in people” before going on to declare he has been “repulsed by some of the outrageous, offensive and occasionally downright obscene conduct of a minority of people.”

And he accuses them of trying to “exploit the crisis for personal gain, arrogantly ignored warnings to save lives, or brought a whole new meaning to tone-deafness.”

The 55-year-old starts off with Gal Gadot, after she oversaw a celebrity rendition of John Lennon’s Imagine.

Piers, who mocked the tune last week on GMB, branded the stunt, which also featured Kristin Wiig and and Will Ferrell, as “tone-deaf” before turning his attention to Luther star Idris Elba.

Wonder Woman herself cast a beaming smile during the cheerful recording

Elba, 47, confirmed positive for Covid-19 last week and has been keeping fans updated with his progress, along with wife Sabrina Dhowre, which prompted Piers’ to point out that A-listers are being offered tests for the virus ahead of NHS workers.

Actress Vanessa Hudgens also faced the wrath of the controversial journalist, when he blasted her trivialisation of the bug as “bunch of bulls***”  and said she was in “urgent need of shutting the f*** up” after the High School Musical star questioned the pandemic.

The actress had said on social media last month: “I’m sorry, but like, it’s a virus? I get it, I respect it, but at the same time I’m like, even if everybody gets it, like yeah, people are going to die, which is terrible but like, inevitable?”

Singer Sam Smith was also in the firing line, after he shared a few emotional updates with fans when he was self-isolating at his £12million home.

At the time, Piers had fumed: “FFS. I can’t take any more of this celebrity attention-seeking bulls***. Get a grip, the lot of you. This is a war, not an Instagram story op.”

Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift got a similar dressing-down, as the stars have reopened old wounds with a recent Twitter row.

Piers raged: “No one gives a rat’s a**e about Kim’s latest barbs with Taylor. These people should be using their platforms to raise awareness about health workers and the importance of staying at home, not for their own gain.”

Bono, Gwyneth Paltrow and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex also fell victim to the ITV star’s coronavirus fury.

Madonna, 61, also got the brunt of his Piers’ rage after she recently shared a picture of herself sitting naked in a bathtub surrounded by rose petals.

She added of the outbreak: “Covid is the great equaliser… It doesn’t care about how rich you are how famous you are how funny you are how smart you are where yo live, how old you are, what amazing stories you can tell…

“What’s terrible about it is it’s made us equal in many ways.”

Piers said: “[She] decided her great contribution to the fight against coronavirus should be a video of herself at her lavish $20 million home, naked in a candle-surrounded bath full of rose petals, prattling on about the virus being the ‘great equalizer’.

“Yeah, right. I would imagine those candles alone could feed a health worker for six months. “

Meanwhile, Piers showed he was on top form by saying anyone who is struggling to stay home amid the worldwide health crisis should “get a grip”.

His co-host Susanna Reid, who has just finished a two-week period of isolation due to her son having a cough, urged him to have “empathy” as he continued to hit out at people complaining about the UK lockdown,

As she made her return on Tuesday, Susanna confessed lockdown could be “difficult”.

She said: “It’s difficult being on lockdown, it is Piers. If you are in a tiny flat with small children…”

“A lot of us are very lucky to have places outside to walk and exercise, and access to green spaces.

“Local parks have been closed, if you have small children and you can’t go to a playground…”

Piers ranted, interrupting Susanna: “But we’re not being asked to fight… but do you understand that?

“We’ve spent a week in lockdown and people are already complaining it’s tough.”

Susanna hit back: “I understand but have a little bit of empathy of people who are gonna struggle right now.”

Piers refused though, concluding: “It’s about getting a grip, growing a pair and realising if we’re gonna get through this do it together, show resilience. I feel really strongly about this.”
